Does anyone have any idea's what's happening, and how to fix it?
System Update is failing.
NSS version 7.7.3
OS Windows 2012
Masters NBU Version 7.7.3
Monitoring > System Update fails
System Sync is successful.
Job requests stuck in "running" even though they have completed in NBU.
Restarted Front Office, no change.
“Location” timing has green tick for both.
Currently checking the Language setting on masters.

Hi Simon,
Based on this error: The description for Event ID 0 from source DirectaService8.5$NetBackupSelfService cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
Can you go to your Configuration check page, do you have a heart beat on your service ? If not can you restart it from your Services list in Windows?
