In a previous post (MS Teams bot) I covered the new functionality for the Self Service MS Teams bot
To try the MS Teams bot for NSS in your own MS Teams instance you will need to obtain credentials for your own NSS instance or use our demonstration NSS instance*.
You may need to contact your Office 365 administrator to assist in the installation, follow the instruction in the previous post (MS Teams bot).
*To use the demonstration system with Slack, please follow this LINK to create your account/credentials.
