You need to give us MUCH MORE info...
Which NBU version?
OS version on the master/media server (or maybe client?) where this is seen?
AntiVirus software on the server?
Any other type of monitoring software on this machine?
What other software on this machine?
I have seen cases where Mcaffee AV was killing NBU (and other) services.

Sorry - we still don't know if this error is seen on NBU master, media server or on a client.
Is this a new installation that has never worked before or was it working fine before and stopped working? See this question from Martin:

Is there anything in the wiondows event logs ?
We could look in the pbx logs ...
If the issue has happened in the last 24 hours, please run this command and post up the file, and tell us what time (approx) the issue happened.
vxlogview -p 50936 -o 103 -t 24:00:00 >pbx_log.txt
If the issue has NOT happened in the past 24hrs let us know and we'll change the command ...
