Please tell us more about your environment and how exactly you have configured the policy. 
Try to give as much as possible when you need assistance.

Have you checked and confirmed all requirements as per NBU for Hyper-V Admin Guide?

Mohamed - you've not expalined your config... so I can only guess... but here's a little gotcha that catches some poeple out right at the start of their implementations... if you have a Hyper-V cluster, then all nodes in that cluster need to have exactly the same version of NetBackup Client installed.  HTH.
