Was a FULL backup of client taken with either ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES or OS volume + system state set in the policy backup selection list?

Confirm the backup policy is MS_Windows type.

Thanks.

The most common reason I've seen for this error when it seems like the backup had been sucessful (as your screenshot shows) is that the NetBackup client directories have not been backed up (see http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH172229 and http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH178414 whilst written with Unix in mind are still applicable).

Rarely I've seen this being due to a name resolution error (http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH89060).

If these notes don't help, can you tell us, did it work previously and has recently stopped working, or have you not been able to get the Prepare to Restore to work on this client at all?
