Hi CadenL

A quick check using whois etc, reveals it appears to be an NTP server in Germany. Do you have your appliance NTP server set on the appliance to one of the pool.ntp.org addresses (this IP address appears to be included in the ?

You didn't mention on what port(s) it was attempting to connect, but if it is more than just port 123 (NTP) I would be worried.

Cheers

Dear David,

Thanks so much for your reply. Yes the port is 123 which belongs to NTP. I will change my appliance NTP to point to our local NTP. Thanks again
