84 ERROR NOVELL OES

Hi,
I got this fault when backing up Novell OES. NBU 6.5
Note: I have done all modification to /etc/opt/novell/nss/nssstart.cfg, I suspect that this fault came when I started with puredisk (6.6), I don´t remember seeing this before. Job fail with errorcode 84.
from client oes02: ERR - Unexpected EOF reading 98969 bytes in file /_admin/Manage_NSS/Volume/USERDATA/UserInfo.xml.
from client oes02: ERR - Unexpected EOF reading 74694 bytes in file /_admin/Manage_NSS/Volume/USERDATA/TrusteeInfo.xml.
image write failed: error 8: plugin error.

Anyone seen this?

Hi Joe,

Usually the error 84 is related to the media, but other performance configurations in the media server like SIZE_DATA_BUFFERS and NUMBER_DATA_BUFFERS also causes the error 84.
