Hello
I'm trying to connect an ACS library to a netbackup master server on AIX, I have the following error:
#rcopinfo -p CENTRIC1 (ACSLS host)
rpcinfo: can't contact portmapper: RPC: 1832-010 Authentication error; why = Client credential too weak
portmapper service is running
program version netid address service owner
100000 4 udp6 ::.0.111 portmapper superuser
100000 3 udp6 ::.0.111 portmapper superuser
100000 2 udp6 ::.0.111 portmapper superuser
100000 4 tcp6 ::.0.111 portmapper superuser
100000 3 tcp6 ::.0.111 portmapper superuser
100000 2 tcp6 ::.0.111 portmapper superuser
All the ports are opened in the firewall between the hosts
Thank you in advance

You need to configure ACSLS to talk firewall compliant on 30031. The tech note below explain what seeting need to be changed
http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO90171
Then follow my blog on configuring Netbackup for firewall compliant ACSLS communications.
