Active Directory GRT restore issue

I am facing issue in AD single object restore while backup was successfull and i am able to browse single object in restore window.

Domian controller is windows2008 R2 standard.

Master/Media - windows 2008 R2

Netbackup client service is running with domin admin previlige user id on ad server.

NFS services were installed.

normal backup is success just issue with GRT restore..

REstore is getting hung in connected state.

please help !!!!!

Which version of NetBackup are you running?

There have been lots of issues - many addressed in 7.1.0.2 and 7.1.0.3

My Netbackup version is 7.1 on both master/media server and client.

and issue is after success GRT backup restore is getting hung for single AD object .........

Please consider installing 7.1.0.2 or 7.1.0.3 as per Mark's suggestion.

You will need patch Master, followed by Media server(s) backing up AD server and lastly AD server.

As Mark already mentioned, you should really consider to patch up to version 7.1.0.3, as there are many fixes implemented in the subsequent releases. I think there are some 10+ fixes in 7.1.0.3 concerning GRT.

Not sure if its the same issue I am facing,

Master Win2k3 - 7.1.0.3

Media Win2k8 R2 - 7.1.0.3

Client Win2k8 R2 - AD, 7.1.0.3

Unable to browse GRT objects even though the backup was successful. Hangs trying to load information.
