Active Directory Granular suddenly fails

Hi all, We have 4 MS-Windows policies to backup 5 different AD controler. All these policies are backuped to the same media server. Since few days (or weeks), we have noticed status warning 1 for 3 policies. I've checked pre-requirements on client, i've created ADlocation on agent. I've tested nfs communication between media and client with success.

There is job details :

So I've activated log (bpbkar) in client :

You must install the EEB to resolve this, you have to contact veritas support

What is the exact version of netbackup?

we need bpbkar logs at verbose 3 (the whole file wih the new detailled status)

Access denied may be probably the cause of error, but access denied on what ?

I use Netbackup 8.1 on master, media and all client. I've already create ADlocation and modified registry. It seems that job freeze before to write into directory

you have the same error mentionned in the technote, have you installed the eeb for version 8.1?

NBU 8.1 = ET 3939266

When I search etrack i've "No matching records found". Maybe because my contract support is expired ? Therefore, I see other hotfixes
