Looks like there are some connectivity issues...

Try to ping this master server from the machine where you are having launched NBU JAVA console, ie. (if windows)

ping -t master_server_name

Or try to login to master server itself and run from there

bpdbjobs

Ping is not working from the server which GUI got looged in. Also bpjobd process is running.

Even jobs are running fine. The alert says autorefersh option need to disabled. Please confirm is that helps and also suggest me how to stop auto refresh from activity monitor.

You need to confirm network ports are open and that name resolution works consistently:

It always helps if we have a better understanding of the environment, such as:
NBU version and OS on master server.
Accessing from a remote server or desktop?
If so, all relevant info of this system please... (OS, Java GUI version, etc).
Properties in Java config files (Master server and remote system. file names and location is different for Windows and Unix/Linux).

We see a -bck at the end of the master server.
Can we assume that all of NBU is running on a separate backup network?
If so, how is your remote server/desktop accessing the 'bck' network?

Netbackup versionis 8.1

Linux OS

Running seprately on backup VLAN.

Recently,   we also have such similar problem  but  with most jobs working fine in NBU 8.1.1 .
