Hi

we are facing problem with activity monitor.

 configuration : NetBackup-Solaris10 6.5.6

when we log in to GUI of master, it shows only client view of GUI fo master , but entry of id is present in auth.conf file.( means auth.conf file is  correct)

some times provides activity monitor , but it immediately gets timed out.

even at that time we are not able to filter and sort the activity monitor's output according to need.

Earlier everything was working fine.

Please suggest.

Please post your auth.conf

Create the following log directories on the master:

/usr/openv/netbackup/logs/bpjava-msvc
(The authentication service)

/usr/openv/netbackup/logs/bpjava-usvc
(The user service)

Also create  /usr/openv/java/logs/

Log in again and check all of these logs.

Please also let us know how/where users are connecting from - Java Console on a Windows desktop or using jnbSA on the master itself?
