Additional Media Sever

I have one setup running netbackup 6.5 on SUN V445 & SL500 at X location . I want to setup another tape library at Y location  almost 1500KM away.
Both the locations are connected through three 45MBPS links.

1. Do I need to configure new media server  at Y location.
2. Master server at X location will be able to manage both the backups.
3. Will I need new license for Y location.
4. Bandwidth requirement between X & Y location for smooth backup & restore.

The master server will need a Netbackup Enterprise Tier 1 server license.

Assuming that the media server at "Y" is also going to backup other servers (not just itself),
the media server at Y will need a NetBackup Enterprise Tier license.
The tier level depends on the server model.

Each tape drive within the tape library at "Y" will need a NetBackup Library Based Tape Drive license.

If the vault feature will be used at "Y", vault licenses need to be included for those tape drives.
