SO,If a basic disk is given enterprise disk license then we call it as a Advance disk..??

No, althow both are disks are diferent. with advanced disk you can do more.

The big diference is the use of SPL

Licensing has changed in the meantime which makes your current question totally irrelevant.

Basic Disk requires no additional license and Enterprise Disk license does not exist anymore.
