Hi,
Are you trying to open nbu console from master server or another one?
These TCP ports are used by Java Console, did you already check?

Try to restart NBSL first or even all NBU services.
Then if issue persists, run the bptestnetconn command to test the NBSL service, refer to this technote: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.TECH205471
The argument you need is:
-cnbsl/HSFactory

Yes! The problem happens even if I open the Java console from within the Master using ./jnbSA.

Hi @watsons,
The command returned an error at first line, but it looks like the result is ok.
bptestnetconn -v6 -cnbsl/HSFactory -t 10 -o 5 -H XXX
error: could not read names from file XXX

Hi @La3,
This is strange there was a problem with nbsl in another NBU version ( 7.7.1), and that should be solved in others version like this one 8.0.
Did you try restart all nbu services? Including private brach exchange (pbx_exchange)?
Take a look ==> https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000099899

So the XXX there, I assume, it's your master server hostname. Does it match with your certificate file under /usr/openv/var/vxss/credentials/ ?
If it does not match, try to provision the cert again with the correct name.
If it does, may have look look into the nbsl & java connection logs to find out what's going on.
