Have you checked/verified SERVER entries on the client?
10:51:48.982 [11560.6784] <2> bpcd peer_hostname: Connection from host PNUDS (172.18.18.2) port 59107
Client is resolving IP address 172.18.18.2 as PNUDS.
Client does not have SERVER entry for PNUDS.
10:51:49.294 [11560.6784] <4> bpcd valid_server: PNUDS is not a master server
10:51:49.294 [11560.6784] <16> bpcd valid_server: PNUDS is not a media server either
Add SERVER entry on client for PNUDS.

You need a SERVER entry on the client PMCRAMSFADDS02 for Media Server PMCRA-MED01.
Confirm that Client can resolve media server's incoming IP address to same hostname that is in SERVER list.
To troubleshoot how Client resolves media server's IP address and how it compares it to SERVER entries, create bpcd log folder on client and retry backup. Check bpcd log.

This from PMCRAMSFADDS02 shown in the original post ? It's trying to connect to a different unknown server.
10:51:49.294 [11560.6784] <2> hosts_equal: gethostbyname failed for PNUDS: No such host is known.
