hope , you have followed the following document for alternate server restore with move template.
http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH35995
Please check event logs in event viewer on target server, check if there is any SQLVDI & MSSQL server related error.
If SQLVDI errors are there, then check with DBA team.
also post dbclient client logs by setting verbosity to 9 for database .. BAR> FILE> netbackup Client properties> troubleshooting

Please share all the steps that were taken to perform redirected restore?
Also share the restore script (copy to .txt and upload).
I see the following error that does not look like a NBU error:
Dbbackrec::CreateSQLcmdSyntax: INF - WideCharToMultiByte failed with error 122
I cannot find any Symantec reference to 'WideCharToMultiByte ' error.
There is also the possibility of a timeout - there is each time a 5 minute gap between start of restore and the failure.
Increase Client Read Timeout on the media server. For large databases a timeout of about 3 hours (7200) is normally fine.
