Any way to delete a paricular file from nbackup image

Hi,

We are usinf netbackup 7.1 in solaris 10 environment. I have a question, can I delete a particular directory or file from the backup image.

I hope there in no option available for this. Just to clarify 100%, to meet a client requiremet.

You cannot delete any specific file or folder from the backup image. You can either erase the entire

tape or overwrite data on the tape.

100 % SURE ....!

We can not make any chages in backup images.

If you want to do so .... then restore that full data & remove whatever folder / file & again take full backup
