I am seeing a brief "pause" of throughput on my EMC 4206 Virtual Tape Library in the graphic diplay within the EMC Disk Library Console as well as the NetBackup Java Console.
This happens randomly.
From NetBackup, I see all active jobs writing to the VTL and all jobs reading from the VTL stop incrementing the values in the kilobyte column, for about a minute, then it starts back up.
I see no errors in NetBackup, or on the VTL...
There is not even enough performance degradation to impact the EMC daily reports, and the jobs finish fine - just wondering what the heck is going on!
I am attaching a picture if you are interested - the event occurred 55 minutes ago in the graphic.
