You can do it from Backup,Archive, And Restore window.

!) Create a policy and assign a STU to it.

2) Assign the clients to the policy.

3) Create a User Archive schedule in the policy.

4) From the client open Backup,Archive, and Restore window.

5) Click on Select Files for Backup.

6) Select the files and folders for archive operation.

7) Click on Actions --> Specify Policy and Schedule.

8) Specify the policy name and user archive schedule names for archive policy and archive schedule. Click Ok.

9) Click on Actions --> Backup.

10) Select the checkbox Archive Files. Click Ok.

A user can run archive operations only during the user archive schedule xonfigured in the policy.
