Okay..
Logon in Netbackup master server GUI
go to Reports --> Tape Reports --> Tape lists and run the report..
validate the resluts that you got there if that is what you are looking for
you can export the results to the text file or copy to the Excle if you want too

I need a complete list of tapes, from the moment of installation of Netbackup, with number, expiration date of entry and exit of the robot. A report in text format.
Thank you!

A clarification
You can get a list of active backups. No information is retained for expired backups (with out of the box installation).

>>date of entry and exit of the robot.
Do you have Netbackup Vault running? That would help but still won't show physical movement, rather logical use of the media.

Thank you all, but I think my need the Netbackup can not meet.

Maybe you should clarify your need in more detail.

If you install and configure both OpsCenter & Netbackup since day 1, you might still be able to get some of those history from OpsCenter reports.
A diagram showing OpsCenter can keep some data longer than Netbackup is shown in this technote:

Hardware info about media can be obtained with vmquery. Try all of these:
vmquery -a -b
vmquery -a -bx
vmquery -a -w
(command is in /usr/openv/volmgr/bin)
Volume and media info:
nbemmcmd -listmedia -allrecords
nbemmcmd -listmedia -allrecords -brief
(command is in /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd)

The problem I'm facing is that some fiats disappeared from the catalog without administrator action, So we need to know when.
I appreciate everyone's help.

There is no way that tapes can 'disappear' without manual intervention.
Once media is added to volume db (information seen with vmquery command) it will stay there until manually deleted.
There is another table in NetBackup, called the media database.
This is what you see when you run resports like 'Media List' report or bpmedialist command.
This db will only hold information for a tape as long as it is 'in use' or 'Assigned'.
Once media is de-assigned, (e.g. all images have expired) the record is removed from media db, but it remains in volume database.
The nbemmcmd commands that I have listed above gives you combined output of the 2 tables.

My need is to check the tapes used in robot from installation, to check the records of these tapes, because some simply disappeared from netbackup, without expiring!

vmquery and nbemmcmd output will list all media since they were first added.
NOTHING from within NBU will delete ANY tapes from this (volume) database.
The ONLY way to remove or delete tapes from this database is for a user to manually delete the tapes.
You can trust me on this.
I have been supporting own installations, many customers in this country over all NBU versions starting from NBU 3.1.1 up to 7.6, over more than 15 years.

Marianne,
I certainly trust you, since efetuei the commands you actually went and checked that the tapes were removed manually, now we have the inventory you stay out of the robot.
I really appreciate your help!
