BAR crashes (closed) when i select "Select folder for backup ". It is a san media server

Hi,
When it was first installed it was 7.5.0.6 , then i modified it to 7.5(By running 7.5) but still was not working
I came across this article which i guess is the problem

Solution :
Removed Netbackup media server completely
Installed fresh media server (7.5) and it is working fine now

You need to tell us more...
NBU version and patch level?
San Media Server OS version?
Java or Windows Admin Console?

Is it 7.5 or patched - it should really be patched up to date
I do not see any failure in that bpbkar log - do you have the job details?
Worth setting up bpcd and bpbkar logging to capture more information
Finally for now - when it clises does it write to the application event log on the server?
