BMR Boot Server Install Windows

Hi All. I have been searching for an answer. We have Netbackup 6.5.2. BMR is licensed for use. I tried to install the Boot Server software on our master netbackup server using the 6.5 install disc but it doesn't show up n BMR. I get error v-123-49 status 114. The server has been rebooted since thwe install. I can't seem to find any answers. Please help me with this one.

Did you re-apply the 6.5.2A patch after installing BMRBS?
Try to keep that at the same level as the rest of your environment.

Hi,

v-123-49 indicated "Operation Failure".
When exactly are you getting this error?
Is your BMRD service up and running?
Is your BMR Database configured (using bmrsetupmaster?)
Can you provide a screenshot of your error message?
also try following command (on you master server in netbackup\bin) and let us know what output you get:
bmrs.exe -o list -res bootserver

Is this running 32 or 64 bit? a 64bit windows OS is not supported for BMR. Are you able to open the BMR boot server assistant?
