Hi
I am trying to get BMR to working, I can get the client to connection, but when the restore get pass the
disk configuration option I get the following Error message.
"The restore has stopped due to the following error unable to start bpinetd service, rc = 1053"
Does anyone have an idea why this is happenning?

Platform (Windows ;) ?), OS Version? NBU Version?
If you are not at 6.5.2, then most likely this is a known issue that got fixed in 6.5.2.
Try contacting support to see if they can provide a quick EEB or update instruction.

I am running windows 2003 Server Enterprise sp2, on the netbackup master server which is version 6.5.3.
and the clients are 6.5.3 as well.

How about the client in the SRT?
If you havent already tried this, see if adding the 6.5.3 client patch to the SRT and then using that SRT for restore helps.

HI There might be a problem with the bundle.dat files it seems to have courrpted information in it.
Support looking at it.
