Hi everyone,
I am trying to perform a BMR Restore on a Windows 2016 server, using a newly created SRT (then ISO on USB) BMR boot server is running on Windows Server 2008 R2, and Netbackup Version is 8.0).
Restore is done on the same server that I backed up successfully.
I boot on BMR USB key successfully, I enter TCP/IP settings, then I confirm which image I want to restore, and then start restore operations. But I got an error at first step after settings TCP/IP parameters. It opens a specific window for map/unmap disks etc. Or sometimes I got a popup error "Could not initialize configuration, Error Code = 1"
In this window, in "original" there are all disk and volumes with C: partition "Boot", but in "new" I can only see the USB key.
"Diskpart> list disk" shows only USB key too.
Is there any prerequisites I should deal with to get a proper running BMR restore ? (BIOS/UEFI config ? Secure Boot ? ..)
I attached bmrrst.log
