Did you increase the logging level for BMR on the client?

vxlogcfg -a -p 51216 -o 121 -s DebugLevel=6 -s DiagnosticLevel=6
bmrsavecfg.exe -infoonly
vxlogview -o 121 >  C:\temp\121-o.txt
vxlogcfg -a -p 51216 -o 121 -s DebugLevel=0 -s DiagnosticLevel=0

It should normally reveal which files that are missing on the client in order to secure a BMR recovery.

This should not have caused a rc=1 problem for the BMR portion of the process. All of the actions completed with rc=0.

Check to see if any of the subsequent NBU backup streams completed with e rc=1 status code.

For the "Error" message noted in the log, go to the client and update the device drivers for all MSD and NIC adapters on the client. If need be force it to reload the drivers even a the same version but using a complete device driver package set. This happes when the OS was preloaded by the OEM vendor and they used a subset pcakge to set up the device drivers for the adapters.  BMR is trying to "harvest" all the files needed to do a device driver install, which means a full driver package set.  BMR is only concerned with NIC and MSD adapters.

Well you still received the message twice in the log

8/28/2014 03:07:32.363 [Error] V-121-73 Some driver files are missing on the system. Those files may be needed during dissimilar system restore.

Was Diagnostic and Debug set to 6 before running the info only and collecting?

not sure if i need to restart services after incressing debug level..i didnt resart services.

I set debug level to 6 by below command.and then exported logs for orginator id 121.which i pasted above.I able to know some drivers need to update but which drivers, thats a question.

vxlogcfg -a -p 51216 -o 121 -s DebugLevel=6 -s DiagnosticLevel=6
