Back Up Shadow Copy Components of Win 2008 returns Status 1

I have a problem when I backup the Shadow Copy Components of any Windows 2008 Server. 

The backup job ends with Status Code 1. In the log of the job I find the following information:

"The job was successfully completed, but some files may have been
busy or unaccessible. See the problems report or the client's logs for more details.backup job completes partially succefully "

I am wondering the reason why.

We need more information: NB version, Hva you w2k or w2003 boxes in your environment? Did  WSS backups for W2k or w2003 clients finish with status code 0?

Hi Anton,

Master Server and Media Server are on the same box with NBU Version: 6.5.3.1

Client NBU Version: 6.5

We don't have 2000 servers.

We have W2k3 and W2k8. Shadow copy components backup of 2k3 servers completes successfully with status code 0.

what kind of snapshot you're using ?
try to use vss, sometimes it helps
