Is there any way to backup Physical RDM over San. We have 10 luns as rdm ( 2tb ) physical mode on windows 2008 R2 and our esx version is 5.5 and netbackup 7.6.03 . I am trying to find way to backup them over San instead of lun due speed and performance , Can I mount the same physical lun to media server (fiber ) and to Vm at same time . Your response will be highly appreciated. ?.

You should be able to do this with normal NBU client installed in the VM and using Snapshot Client option.
I guess full volume mirror/snapshot will be needed (using array snapshot method) in order to mount and backup on media server.
Have a look at NetBackup Snapshot Client Administrator's Guide

Also recommended in NetBackup for VMware Administrator's Guide

See both of the above manuals for details.
