Check services/daemons running on media server.
Try to restart services/daemons, including PBX.
After restart, verify comms with these commands on master server:
nbemmcmd -listhosts -verbose
nbemmcmd -getemmserver

Hi all,
We tried lot of thing, nothings seems to work.
Looks like thye media server is offline.
We have asked Windows team to bounce the nBU services on the media server, as its a windows one.
Lets see how it goes, once its done.

What all you did?
Have you restarted the services? Were they all in started state? was there any errro while starting?
You should have reported the commands output as above
nbemmcmd -listhosts -verbose
nbemmcmd -getemmserver
If the media server is offline make sure under master server properties - servers - the media server is added.
