How are you invoking the backup? From what system? What do you find in the bpbkar log as the first error? Can you find the following in the bpbkar or other client log?

>Critical bpbrm (pid=42393) from client TSE-NAS-02.egat.local: FTL - cleanup() failed, status 6

Also curious about how exactly @rangsan configured the VMware backup.

All of the references that I found for status 6 also have a status 23 in the Job details (ERR - Error opening the snapshot disks using given transport mode: ... Status 23)
We don't see it here. No indication of snapshot attempt.

bpbkar log can be found on the VMware backup host (normally the media server).
The other log that may be useful is VxMS (also on the backup host) to see if snapshot was attempted.

@rangsan

Could you please tell us if this is new VMware backup attempt?
If so, please share all the steps that you have followed before creating VMware policy, and also how what you have in Clients tab of the policy (Manual or Automatic selection) and the options selected in VMware tab.
