Backup fail with error code 40

Server : window server 2008 r2

Client :7.5

backup selection :All_local_drive

backup type : incremental backup 

kindly give some view to see BPBKAR logs .

Raghav, is this backup using Accelerator?

I can see a few errors in the log:

22:22:28.097: [2456.4556] <16> V_Snapshot::V_GetSnapVolume: ERR - Failed to obtain snapshot volume name. GetVolumePathName failed, error: 123

and later on

01:04:57.906: [2456.4556] <16> tar_backup_tfi::fscp_startfile_state: ERR - fscp_write_include_header failed

I have only seen one case with the last error and that had track log corruption.

No Backup is not using accelerator .

When did the incremental last run without an error?

Have you rebooted the client?

sorry its full backup every night . I explained wrong info . this is application server and in my envirment every application server reboot in night .
