What does the bpbkar log show? If it is really urgent I would recommend you raise a call with Symantec Support

'No permission' means exactly that.
Maybe password for USER1 has expired?
Or maybe access rights on NetApp has been changed?
Open NBU Client Service and re-enter logon credentials.
Restart service.
Retry backup.
You can also try to logon as USER1, open BAR GUI and see if you can browse the network folder that needs to be backed up.

Workaround:
Logon as USER1, open BAR GUI and see if you can browse the network folder that needs to be backed up.
If you can browse the network folder, add a User type schedule to the policy with an open window, then select folder in BAR GUI and start backup.

Hi Marianne,
May I know where will I do this as I am having the same issue and the "Backup Selection" under policy is empty when I checked.
Do I have to access the client server "the one being backed up" and perform below?
Open NBU Client Service and re-enter logon credentials.
Restart service.
Retry backup.
I am just new on this so apologies.
Thanks
