Can you try to disable "backup open file" function to test the backup?

All we can see is that snapshot failed.

What is in policy Backup Selection?
If ALL-LOCAL_DRIVES, enable multiple data streams to see which stream is failing.

Check/verify that VSS is selected as snapshot provider for this client:
Host Properties -> Master Server -> Client Attributes -> Add or select Client name.
Click on Windows Open File Backup tab.
Select Use Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).

Enable bpfis and bpbkar logs on client.
Post logs as File attachments after next failure.

Hello Marianne.

Backup selection is ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES and multistreaming is enabled but backup is failed without generating child stream.

VSS is selected and and all writers are stable..

It depends of your drives sizes... 15% sounds good for example...

I'm surprised by your error : "bpfis: ERR - Timed out waiting for file list". I don't know where it come from :\

So, you have tested snapshot of C:\

Policy is trying to snapshot of all these simultaneously:

Most of applicaion don't hold a file alone.

If backup job is ok,and the log report don't show error. I think the backup is ok,and you can do a restore test.

My pleasure.
