Hi all,

Backup failing with network read failed on HPUX client,

Incrementals backups are running fine, full backups are failing after running some time.

Need your help

Hi,

Did you try to run this backup in another media server? What is your NBU version from Master/Media and Client?

Have you tried to increase Client Read Timeout on the media server?
What is this setting at the moment?

yes

CLIENT_READ_TIMEOUT = 1800
CLIENT_CONNECT_TIMEOUT = 1800

and also i have tried with accelerator and without accelerator

Next step is to create and check logs. Level 3 should be fine

On media server: bptm and bpbrm
Om client: bpbkar

I ran with the other media server, it got successful..

but before marking your comment as solution i need to know what was the reason, please share if you have any idea..
