Backup for Media and master server is failing with 42

We have Master and Three media servers. all windows 2003 and Net bacakup version of 7.1.

File system backup for media servers and Master server is failing with 42.

Libraries are connected to media servers only. Backup for clients is happening properly.

I have done all master and media sever entries on all Four servers.

  I already gone through this document but all seems to be proper. Also there is no network connectivity

So is the media server backing itself up to its own storage unit?

Is the master backing itself up to it's own storage unit?

Do they backup clients fine to their storage units?

If so, something odd is going on. Can you backup the Master server to the Media servers storage unit?

Media server can not backup itself as well as master server

client backup running fine on media servers.

Master server is not acting as media server.
