Backup images not duplicated from disk to tape

Hello all,

We having issues for images taht is still on disk eventhough they should be duplicated to tape. The SLP should goes as 2 days on disk then duplcate to tape for longer keeping. But now, there are a few hundreds of images that is still on disk and not duplicated to tape.

Netbackup version (master): 7.7.3

OS: Windows 2012 R2

Netbackup appliance: 2.7.3

Have you checked the list of outstanding SLPs?

nbstlutil stlilist -image_incomplete -U

When you have above output, run this command for one of the incomplete images (from nbstlutil stlilist -image_incomplete output) :
nbstlutil list -backupid <backupid> -U
Look for 'Version number' in the output.

If the version is different from 'version 26' (as per your SLP listing), you will need to modify that SLP version to match current parameters. See https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100007040.html
