I have the following configuration:
-> DSSU on Master Server X
Final Storage Destination TLD1
->TLD1 on Media Server Y
2 drives
Max streams per drive 8
Maximum concurrent write drives 2
->Clients schedule/policy
Media multiplexing 8
Allow multiple data streams No
My issue here is that when a relocation job is running and a client job is triggered, it is being queued and starts until relocation job finishes. How can I allow that both kind of jobs run simultaneously?
I'll appreciate your suggestions.
Thanks

Multiplexing does not work with DSSU relocation - you could also say there is no point in multiplexing if you already have disk that makes the tape drive run with optimal performance.
Only way to make space for both jobs is to limit DDSU relocation to one tape drive. That is documented in "How to Decrease The Number of Simultaneous Duplication Jobs That Will be Activated" in
