Backup of Lotus Notes database failing

Hi

We are testing the backup of Lotus Notes Database using Netbackup Lotus notes agent. We have tried to configure the backup aaccording to Admin Guide for Lotus notes and also logged a case with Symantec but we have been unsucessful yet. The backup gets failed with error code 13 or gets partially sucessfull. Its a Domino Partitioned server where, while performing backup, it takes backup of Notes partition path and does not backup the mail files.

This is the error shown in the job details.

Master Server

OS: SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP1

Netbackup Version : 7.5.0.3

Client Details

OS : SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP3

Netbackup Version : 7.5.0.3

Lotus Domino Version :  8.5.0.2

Need some help on this issue urgently. Also if someone have documented the procedure to configure backup of Lotus Notes database, kindly share

Can you share your notes.ini file? I also noticed that you have several other "data" mount points, do your nsf files live in those or under /local/notesdata? Sharing your notes.ini file may also be helpful.

Yes the nsf files are present in those "data" directories. I am sharing my notes.ini file.

are you using the ALL_LOTUS_DATABASES directory in the policy? Also are you defining the ini path in the policy or are you doing it with a client setting?

Yes i had mentioned  ALL_LOTUS_DATABASES directory in the policy. And I have defined ini path in the policy & also have mentioned in the bp.conf file. I also tried taking backup by mentioning the "data" directories in the policy but it just took the backup of the Notes partition path but skipped the mail files in the "data" directory.
