Backup is skipping the below system file.

02/04/2011 21:41:29 - Warning bpbrm (pid=4248) from client xxxxx: WRN - can't open file: System State:\Automated System Recovery\BCD\BCD (WIN32 536935992: Unknown error)
02/04/2011 21:41:29 - Error bpbrm (pid=4248) from client xxxxx: ERR - Error encountered while attempting to get additional files for System State:\

Master Server: Netbackup 6.5.5/Windows 2003

Client: Windows 2008/Netbackup 6.5.5

Trying to backup a new win 2008 R2 getting partially successful with status code 1 can't open file: System State:\Automated System Recovery\BCD\BCD (WIN32 536935992: Unknown error)

which states that a fix is downloadable, but that appears to be for 6.5.6 - can you upgrade?

Marianne and Andy thanks for the above solution it has worked. However its in testing phase for server recovery using one of the backups.
