Backups Failing with Error -404-(Server Group does not exists)

Netbackup Version-7.7.3( 2 node VCS cluster)

OS- RHEL 7.1

04/30/2018 17:11:05 - Error nbjm (pid=76918) NBU status: 404, EMM status: Server Group does not exists
Server Group does not exist (404)

Its a random behaviour, sometimes its throwing the error -404 and sometimes after re run it runs.

It is not possible to say what is causing the issue without insight into your NBU environment.

Someone will need to take a look at nbsu output to see where Server Groups have been configured and then dig into the logs for a particular failed job.

Best to log a Support call.
The Support engineers have the time to sift through high level logs and nbsu output.
