Backups Failing with Status code 1

Hi all,

 

Most of the backups in our environment are failing with STATUS CODE 1 can anybody gude me how to troubleshoot this as soon as possible as i need to send backup report to my client by end of this week.

Look in your NBU Admin Console on the left - expand Reports. You will see Problem Reports in the list.

the exact description what i am seeing in the detailed status is 

" The job was sucessfully completed , but some files may have been busy or unaccessible see the problem report or the client log for more details" 

how to proceed on this

Run 'Problem Report' for affected clients. 

Report will list filenames that were skipped as well as the reason for being skipped. Server owner needs to feedback as to what should be done about skipped files (e.g. add to Exclude List).
