Backups failing with status code 11

Hi All,

 

We are using Netbackup 7.5 and the operating system is 2008. We have VMware backups failing with status code 11. Can someone please help me with this. Attaching the bpbrm and bpbkar logs.

Before we look at any logs - have you checked compatibility? 

NBU 7.5 has been out of support for many years. If you have newer VMware version in your environment, it may not be supported with 7.5.

Hello,

The first step to do is to upgrade to newest Netbackup version, or at least 8.0.

You can see different version compatibility in the link: https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/doc/NB_80_OSSCL

Netbackup 7.5 and 7.7.x are no longer suported.

You need to look closer at your network components:

Have you disables TCP Chimney https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100031033 ?
