Bare Metal Restore Management issue!

Hi Dears,

 

After I updated NBU from version 7.0.0 to version 7.0.1 the BMR Management section in Netbackup console became not exest , anybody can help me to troubleshooting this issue. see the screenshot below ...

BUG REPORT: Licensed features (such as Vault and BMR Management) are not available in the Windows Admin console after upgrade to 7.0.1, or options that are *not* licensed are appearing unnecessarily.

There is an EEB in the above to correct.

I am not having that issue. I am not able to get a key form the Symantec portal.

Which would suggest to me that BMR was  there at 7.0 & would also that a license key was in place before the upgrade, but .....

 

@ Phil: If you're having issues yourself, you could also start a new discussion - include all relevant information (e.g. NB versions, OS's & the issues you are facing) - otherwise we could end up trying to resolve two different issues for two different people in the same thread!
