Bare Metal driver question

I have multiple servers with the same type of nic but they are not all using the same driver version. In the Resources/Packages, should I delete all versions except the current version?

I would recommended using the latest driver version if you are using Broadcom NICs.  They were very problematic with NBU 6.0 and 6.5.

You might want to test a driver version and just stick with that one you know which works.

Otherwise you will be testing during a Recovery scenario which is not good.

Otherwise most drivers in my experience are okay unless they have been a newly release NIC eg 10GigE cards etc.

In the end it will still come down to testing and ensuring that the driver works with NBU/BMR.
