Blank emails recovered with NetBackup GRT

We're running NetBackup 7.0.1.3 on  Linux x64 (RedHat).  We backup our MS Exchange 2010 environment using GRT.  Backups work fine, and some individual item recovery works fine.  But some emails recovered are blank, or corrupt characters.

I've seen TechDocs that match this for BackupExec, but not NetBackup.  Is there a known bug and fix for this? I see 7.0.1.4 is out, but I would like to confirm if this is fixed.
