Can I Install Operation manager in Netbackup server?

Hi, I found Operations manager tools for Netbackup 7, can I install it in Netabackup Server?

or 

I need any new server for this?

Each of them has it's own Sybase database - so it is never a good idea to install NOM on a master server.

Requirements and supported platforms start on p. 26:

■ Installation of NOM software on the same server as NetBackup server
software is not recommended. This can lead to performance issues.
■ NetBackup 6.0 (or later) client must be installed on the NOM server. NOM
uses the NetBackup client software to configure and view VxUL logs written
by NOM and NetBackup. You also can use the client software when you back
up and restore NOM.
