Can both NBU issued Certificate and Enterprise CA issued Certificate co-exist

Hi All, 

I would like to know if the CERTIFICATE from Enterprise CA server can co-exist with NBU certificate. As i see everytime i push down a client there is a certificate issued to the respective client. Will this have any significant effect on my client if i deploy MS CA certs.

As per veritas support, it wouldn't have any significant effect on the server if holding certs from both CA and NBU Master
