Can not login Netbackup MS SQL Client

Hi Guy,

Please help me !

Own system have 1 cluster MS SQL Server, when i register the SQL Application on Master server, it 's ok, It show all database.
But when i try to login by MS SQL Client on the SQL Server, it always show " Application connection failed for host\.MSSQLSERVER. Please select a different SQL Server host and instance or press "cancel " to exit the Netbackup for SQL Server Graphical User Interface. "

I ensure the logon parameters is right.
Why i cann't login in the MS SQL Client ?

Can you give us more info?
Are you using steps in the manual to configure clustered backup?

Have you checked and confirmed NetBackup Client Service logon account?
