Cannot Backup

In my lab i have 1 windows master server (not connect to tape backup), 1 hpux media server connect to tape autoloader. when i try to backup, error message bpsched error. anybody can help me ? whether my configuration is wrong ?

On master server:

\NetBackup\bin\admincmd\bpgetconfig.exe
\NetBackup\bin\admincmd\bperror.exe -backstat -U -d 01/01/1970
ping -t -n 1
ping -t -n 1
ipconfig /all

On media server:
cat /usr/openv/netbackup/bp.conf
ping -s 1 1
ping -s 1 1
ifconfig -a


On client:
cat /usr/openv/netbackup/bp.conf
ping -s 1 1
ping -s 1 1
ifconfig -a
