Cannot backup Catalog

Chobits

Hi all,

I am new to Netbackup.  I have followed the installation guide to install Netbackup Enterprise Server on Windows 2k3 Enterprise R2.  Passed the backup test to disk pool from Netbackup client.  But, I don't know why I cannot backup the Catalog to both disk and tape.  Would you please help on it?  Here comes the job status.

Many thanks.

Chobits

Its maybe you instal NetBackup in C:\Program Files
You havnt write access to directry Logs
Try to change them.

Also check the connection between all media servers, master server and EMM server.

Give write to Veritas installed directory ( C:\program files\Veritas)

go to properties->security->add the Backup admin id and provide write access !
